Now, that’s a gene pool! Sylvester Stallone’s got the ultimate #squad — his gorgeous wife and daughters — and they became the talk of the 73rd Golden Globes red carpet on Sunday, January 10.
Though the Creed star, 69, who received a giant standing ovation after winning Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role, was dressed to impress in a classic navy tux and bow tie for the show, it was his three daughters and wife of 19 years who stole the red carpet show.
Stallone’s wife, Jennifer Flavin, 47, wowed in a feather bodice number with beaded waist detailing.
Sophia Rose, 19, wore a strapless, silky navy blue gown with a high slit, which she paired with silver shoes and a blue clutch, while her sister Sistene, 17, rocked a plunging black dress with a statement gold belt. The youngest daughter, Scarlet, 13, looked radiant in an ivory crochet design with a double slit, paired with nude heels.
The entire family posed with the Rocky star in the press room after he’d won his award, and again while attending the Warner Brothers afterparty.
In the press room, Stallone admitted to still being shocked after his win. “I didn’t expect it at all, and I don’t remember a standing ovation. Was there really?” he told reporters. “I was promising myself that I would be very aware the whole time. It proves I am not aware and I got caught up in the emotion. Just the mere fact that these incredible people were applauding, it makes me realize in life, it is really never over until it’s over. It indicates that people should never give up trying.”
