"Is not Aaron the Levite your brother? I know that he can speak well. And look, he is also coming out to meet you. When he sees you, he will be glad in his heart. Now you shall speak to him and put the words in his mouth . . . So he shall be your spokesman to the people. And he himself shall be as a mouth for you, and you shall be to him as God." Exodus 4:14-16
Who wouldn't tremble at receiving a call like the one given to Moses? From the very beginning, Moses' feelings of inadequacy prompted him to build an "inner circle" of close supporters. His brother, Aaron, quickly became a critical member of his team, and through the years Moses added to his inner circle, each time including individuals who possessed different gifts but the same vision as he.
Who sits in your inner circle? Do they share your vision? Do they have complementary gifts, useful where you need them most? Find yourself some Aarons, Jethros, and Joshuas, or you won't be able to accomplish all that God has for you.
