Super Eagles are out of the Africa Cup of Nations 2015 despite coming from behind to hold South Africa to a 2-2 draw at the Akwa Ibom International Stadium in Uyo on Wednesday evening.

Bafana Bafana went into the clash against their Group A rivals having already booked their place at the 2015 finals, now due to be held in Equatorial Guinea.

However, though Sone Aluko denied Bafana Bafana a first competitive win over the Super Eagles, it was not enough to send Stephen Keshi's men into the finals next year, with Congo's win over Sudan enough to see them take second spot. Both South African goals came from the boots of former Orlando Pirates striker Tokelo Rantie.

Below is the list of 15 countries that have quilified for AFCON 2015:
South Africa, Congo, Algeria, Mali, Burkina Faso, Gabon, Cameroun, Cote D'voire, Ghana, Uganda, Cape Verde, Zambia, Tunisia, Senegal, Equitoria Guinea.

Fans are really disappointed but the damage has already been done and we will have to watch next year's tournament on our television.
