The naughty outfit - custom made by designer Adam Selman and comprised of a total of 216,000 Swarovski crystals - left nothing to the imagination as Rihanna took a star turn on the carpet in her backless dress.
She wore just a flesh coloured thong under her see-through dress, but no bra, and her breasts were clearly visible. So too were her collection of tattoos including the large inking on her ribcage just underneath her chest.
